Job Title: Internal Accounts Administrator

Job Specification:

Due to the acquisition of new 3PL clients, Target Holdings is looking to enhance its internal administrative capacity by appointing an individual responsible for managing day-to-day commercial activities.

Working directly with the account manager, this individual will play a key role in providing support and rapid response to external clients' requests for information.

This individual would also be encouraged to develop or enhance systems to communicate and log client information, making processes more efficient.  They would also be a pivotable part of the growth of client accounts, looking for opportunities and helping steer expansion. They will also be required to control aspects of financial accounting and profitability.

This role would also expand into the internal sales management of physical products the company trades. This could involve market appraisal, competitor analysis, price positioning and routes to market. Working with the IT department listings on various sales channels may be required.

This is an exciting role ideally suited to an individual who possesses commercial acumen, is forward-thinking and is solution orientated. In peak trading, working in other departments in the business may be required.

Skills required could include:

  • Computer literacy
  • Working with Microsoft Office suite, esp Excel, and data manipulation
  • Working with Google Sheets
  • Working with in-house productivity Apps
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good task management
  • Ability to work in a team but also in isolation
  • Be self-managing
  • Possess a commonsense approach

Job hours:
Mon - Fri, 9am to 5pm
30 mins lunch unpaid
37.5 hours per week
Holiday entitlement 28 days (inc bank holidays which require leave application, except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Easter Monday)

Pay scale upto £12.50 per hour

Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Job Specification:

Due to the acquisition of new 3PL clients, Target Holdings is looking to enhance its internal capacity by appointing an individual responsible for picking and packing activities.

Working directly with the warehouse manager, this individual will play a key role in providing support in the processing and fulfilment of orders from our warehouse.

Experience working in a warehouse is advantageous; it is not completely necessary as training will be provided. A forklift license for Bendi trucks would be an added benefit, although not mandatory.

The work can be physically demanding, and some handling of large and heavy boxes may occur. Good technology skills are necessary as some of the work involves using computers and mobile applications.

This individual needs to work diligently and methodically, even during peak trading. A structured and tidy approach to order processing reduces the potential for errors.

This individual would need to operate effectively as part of a team or in isolation. A can-do attitude and solution-orientated approach would benefit this role. This role may be required to work in other business departments if needed.
